Lady Ponce to hold ‘Femme en Diamant’ in Yaoundé

The ‘Femme en Diamant’ (Week of Women in Diamond) celebrates its 2nd edition from March 1 to 8, 2015 at the esplanade of the Omnisport Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium, Yaoundé.

The aim of this one week programme is to celebrate the WOMAN in all her splendor and its worth and brainpower was initiated by the Cameroonian artiste, Lady Ponce.

Mega shows and sharing platforms among different actors in multiple sectors such as Bayam sellam, artists, cultural promoters, companies, and others are part of the packages in store on that day.

The first edition of this great event now recognizing ‘feminity’ was held last year (2014) and known as activities were Exhibitions, sales of food, awareness of the value of the lady, fun activities and especially an on stage mega show with famous artistes such as X-Maleya, Ama Pierrot Lady Ponce, Lab'l, Amazon, Njohreur Aimé Lebeau, Miss Charlotte, Cathy Ballo Dynasty Letigre Willy The Sicilian among others.

This year’s innovations are expected to make the celebration of women even more beautiful and alive, a celebration that must fit in the light of its potential and its place in society.
