Gabonese delegation
A Gabonese delegation led by the resident Representative of the African Institute of computer Sciences known in its French Acronym as IAI, were received today July 19, 2016, at the Ministry of Culture.
The purpose of the visit was to showcase the works of Mr. Armand Claude Abanda who has just unveiled the third edition of his book entitled: “Fils de Prelat.”
The book which was written in 2005 will henceforth be used in Gabonese system of Education and specifically the classe seconde (Form five according to the English System of Education).
The Director General of the National Pedagogic Institute for Gabon Theophile Maganga lauded the author’s creativity especially as the book is out to address hard pressing issues in the society such as HIV AIDS, challenges of single parenthood, moral depravity, intolerance, Juvenile delinquency, and unemployment.
