Miss Cameroon 2016 releases statement on Miss World participation

Julie Cheugueu has just released an official statement on her Facebook page to debunk the news making rounds on social media.

She has also confirmed her presence and participation at the upcoming Miss World 2016 Competition.

This came after news was making rounds that the winner of the National Miss Cameroon 2016 Competition has rejected taking part in the Miss World competition because her winning prize from the Miss Cameroon Competition had not been paid.

Guess we can now put this to rest...
