Ndedi Eyango and ACAFEHMI celebrate Canal d’or winner, Mabelle Zang

Prince Ndedi Eyango Mouankum and l’ACAFEHMI (Association Camerounaise des Femmes et Hommes Musiciens Intègres) organized a dinner in honor of the artiste, Mabelle Zang for winning the Best Folk Artiste at the Canal d 'or 2015 last Tuesday.

This young association and its honorary president celebrated the success with Mabelle Zang who holds the position of Treasurer in the association aside being a singer.

After the welcome address by the President of the l’ACAFEHMI, Mrs Adeline Mbenkum who congratulated the artiste for this prestigious award and thanked everyone who voted for her, the President of West Artistes Association took the opportunity to encourage a good relationship between the two sister organizations.

He promised to in turn hold a similar ceremony for Mabelle, who he referred to as “the worthy daughter of the West”. The representatives of the family and the Committee of Wise Men who were present also congratulated the artiste on her achievement and called on the members to bring more awards.

Ndedi Eyango Mouankum King in his speech reiterated his support to his daughter Mabelle Zang, the star of the day.

Mabella Zang while thanking l’ACAFEHMI, the public, her fans and journalists, gave an assurance that, "I do not know if I 'm the best, but I know I am determined to succeed”.

Other artistes who were spotted were Barby Dee, J.Pel Bood , Princess Little Angwa , Junior Eyango, Princess Lydia and many others.

The evening ended with a cocktail party hosted by King Mouankum.
