For 18 days, Yaoundé will shelter the promotion and animation fair at the 20 May Boulevard.

For this year, Ya - Fe will be held on a single site instead of two as in the previous year due to the fact that the organizers want to create much more attendance at the 20 May Boulevard in Yaoundé.

Rides, water slides and other swings have been installed in the middle of the site. "We want to allow people to spend end of year holidays happily," said Guy Mapondjou, Member of the Organizing Committee of Ya - Fe.

The atmosphere was rather eventful at the 20 May Boulevard yesterday. Members of the Organizing Committee and exhibitors were active to give a last hammer blow, and build tents arranged in various areas of the site and busy their stands.

In total, nearly 200 stands were arranged for the celebration. In addition to the usual animation, business sectors from the food industry, textile and cosmetics will carry out promotional sales of their products.

"There will also be games, some raffles, in short, everything that will allow visitors to enjoy to the maximum", said Guy Mapoundjou. The evenings will be punctuated by podium animations.

In addition to the big music hitters, "the focus will be on young talent, question of offering them the opportunity to publicize their talents", said Guy Mapondjou.

The fair will be open from 10: 00am to midnight. Special emphasis has also been on the securing of the site through an important security mechanism reinforced by the forces of order.

To get there, the public will have to pay a sum of 300 f. Contrary to previous years, Ya - Fe will continue until January 4, 2015. "This is to allow late parents to bring their children before they resume school", said Guy Mapoundjou.
