  I believe the writer was on course about the fate of African Leaders who overstay their welcome. I will make a note though that the problem is like a two way street where part of it is the system in place which is impossible for one president to change. For Africans to have a system akin to the civilized world, there ought to be a process that every leader adheres to. I refuse to call that democracy because we are not good learners of that process. We should call ours anything but democracy.
