“The Centre is responsible for conducting activities on the prevention of HIV/AIDS with regard to documentation and information on HIV/AIDS, the prevention of mother to child transmission, support for people living with HIV/AIDS such as studies impact on the health system analysis and clinical trial of antiretroviral therapy, studies on genetic resistance on antiretroviral drug and lastly, the economic analysis of the impact of the pandemic on society, schools and education system,” Biatcha said.
