We have observed, along with the entire national community, the appeal made by some members of Government and some administrative officials, who also happen to be members of the CPDM, for the candidacy of the President of the Republic and for early elections.

These actions clearly demonstrate the renewed ambition by these persons to once again orchestrate an electoral hold-up thereby jeopardizing the future of the entire Cameroonian people.

To these shameful ambitions and evil gesticulations, we say NO!

This ultimate act of political fraud on the Cameroonian people will not be possible without consequences for these enemies of Cameroon and its youth…

Enough is enough! We are finished with this system of government mismanagement, failure, deception, and shame!

We are finished with it! We cannot entrust our future and the future of our children to a leadership which is outdated and gasping for breath. A regime which is today only characterized by:

• Theft, looting, and corruption,

• Poor basic services: lack of water, lack of electricity and lack of jobs

• Poor performance: poor management of the terrorist threat, poor budgeting and planning

• The continuous predatory selling of our country’s essential country resources and the unbridled recourse to debt.

Cameroonians, let us turn the page and look to the future!

The future of Cameroon is now more than ever at the very center of our concerns. We, like every Cameroonian, carry heavily in our hearts the plight of Cameroon. It is today, that we must prepare the future. We have the obligation to build the Cameroon of tomorrow. It is our responsibility. Your responsibility and our responsibility.

This requires a New Foundation, New Systems, and New Leaders. We are present and ready to take action to achieve this goal.

We are acting and we invite you to act with us!

The future is in our hands. It is our common project. Come, together let us build the future of Cameroon.

Your first action should be to say no!

• NO! to the buying of Cameroonian consciences,

• NO! to political manipulation in our neighborhoods,

• NO! to indifference, to injustice, to misery and oppression,

• NO! to rigged elections!

To build together means to act. Individually and collectively.

• Join political parties, civil society organizations and any other group, fighting this attempt to confiscate power for ever and compromise our future

• Participate in meetings for reflection and planning

• Come down to the neighborhoods and villages with us to inform and educate our fellow citizens

Cameroon needs each and every one of us, each and every one must act!

Yesterday, we were committed to take action for Cameroon, today we are committed to take action for Cameroon; tomorrow we will remain engaged to take action for Cameroon and this until the achievement of our collective aspiration for this change.

We act within our respective parties, we act as a group, we act with civil society, we are open to all forces and all people willing to take action to build the Cameroon of tomorrow.

Join us and act for our future!
