A delegation from the elections Observatory Authority of the Central Africa Republic is currently on a 3day working visit to Elections Cameroon, ELECAM.
The delegation which is led by Julius Rufin Ngouade head of the CAR observatory has come to study the ELECAM experience on Election best practices.
Members of the delegation met with the president of the Electoral Council and the Director General of Elections Cameroon Abdoulaye Babale.
The visit comes at a time where the number of newly registered voters in Cameroon for 2016 is said to have doubled from that of last year and where the Board is still exploring new avenues to boost the performance of the structure.
Elections Cameroon has also settled its 2015 financial account at its third ordinary Board meeting on July 18,2016.
