The Party of Ni John Fru Ndi is convinced that this project is nothing but a gimmick to prepare public opinion to accept a new nomination of the President of the Republic in 2018.

The Honorable Evariste Fopoussi Fotso, Head Economics, Finance and Trade Office of the Shadow Social Democratic Front does not understand how the emergency plan for the revival of the growth can be announced by the Head of State when MPs just voted the budget 2015 on the basis of a government program presented by Prime Minister Philemon Yang, less than two weeks before. In addition, part of the main Opposition party notes that no details are given on the timing of these mass infrastructures.

According to the head of Economics, Finance and Trade of the SDF, Paul Biya comes with this plan to bury the "fresh" and the "famous Strategy Paper for Growth and Employment (ECSD), which aimed to lead Cameroon to the emergence in 2035 because he saw the evidence that its forecast of a growth rate of 5.5% to 7.5% between 2010-2019 and more than 9.5% between 2014 and 2020 will never suffer," says Evariste Fopoussi Fotso.

In announcing an emergency plan for the revival of growth that ignores "superbly " the 2015 budget prepared by the Government, the Head of State rejects, as the parliamentary managerial mistakes all his ministers. "The emergency plan announced by Mr Biya is as a personal commitment whose sole purpose is to improve its public image," insists one who thinks that this is " a simple shot whose purpose is to cover up the failure of the regime in its promise to lead Cameroon to the emergence in 2035".

The Social Democratic Front believes the head of state is playing an electoral gimmick probably to be re-elected "by all means" in 2018.

"The fact that the emergency plan is reduced to a catalog of high-impact social measures psychological on the masses but the positive impact on the growth of the national economy are random, and it ends by chance in 2018, the year of the next presidential election clearly demonstrates that M Biya is in an electoral game", he says.

An intention that began to materialize according to the official economy of the SDF, through the "draconian law" on the Suppression of Terrorism "that has just imposed on the Cameroonian people with the help of the fraudulent majority of his party, the CPDM in National Assembly".

The head of the Social Democratic Front nevertheless think that given what happened in Burkina Faso, the people will not accept it with the same resignation as in previous cases.
