Prof. Jacques Fame Ndongo, Minister for Higher Education and head of the communications department of the ruling CPDM party has said that President Biya's 32 years as Head of State is not much for a leader.

Minister Fame Ndongo, one of Biya's numerous Francophone Beti-Ewondo cabinet ministers made the declaration in Yaounde during celebrations marking President Biya's 32 years in power.

HRH Fon Kum Gilbert of Fung village in Fungom Sub Division of Menchum Division in the North West Region of Cameroon has responded to this statement in an interview captured below:

Your Royal Highness, What do you argue, following the Minister of higher education, member of the central committee of the cpdm, communication secretary of the cpdm and as well, a traditional ruler in the eastern region, in the name of professor Jacques Fame Ndongo, who has publicly declared in the media that, 32 years of Paul Biya in power, is not much?

I really pity the intellectual, academic and usurped royal status of such a pretentious Cameroonian citizen, who greedily anchors four key positions in a dilapidating and crumbling polity that is seriously suffering from an acute dictatorship which is combined with severe recession, witnessed by a GDP rate that has never attained 5%, and in a constant and ailment unemployment status that has been anchored by a confiscated constitutional instrument for 32 years.

From such an unpatriotic, humiliating democratic and political statements, you will immediately understand that, this Minister is disoriented, severely incapacitated in his political reasoning and genuinely mocking and fooling Paul BIYA in his cowardice outdated political statement as cited above.

This Minister is politically and intellectually dishonest. He might be suffering from a political dementia. He believes that, regime change in Cameroon is impossible and unacceptable. I will really want to witness what this humiliating creature of Paul Biya will become in the aftermath of the collapse of their dictatorial incumbent President and his government. This Minister is not a courageous, genuine and honest politician, as I deem.

Is he really from a Cameroonian Traditional Aristocracy?

Does he know that, his creator Paul Biya has understood that, he is a power and political hypocrite, who is just a mere sociological coward?

Why should he be frightened and afraid of the collapse of his creator’s 32 years dictatorial reign when the time has not yet reverberate?

Is he afraid of not being a Minister and forcefully going on exile in the future?

Is he frightened that, his illegally gotten and accumulated hidden colossal wealth and properties will be seized and or destroyed in the aftermath of their regime being chased out of Cameroon?

These are some of the very limited questions that, I am inviting this unpatriotic and greedy political recidivist power despot, who holds more than four positions of power in a limited and impoverished populated country like Cameroon.

Is this pretentious Minister, Traditional Ruler, member of the cpdm’s central committee, national secretary of communication for the cpdm party, and so on and so forth (abracadabra) being traumatized with the truth that, the Cameroonian demos will ask him and his creator to repair the political and societal damages and crimes that, they must have inflicted on Cameroonians?

I am severely warning Fame Ndongo as in relation with the subject matter that, it will be very humiliating politically and humanly to see him and his creator the dictator Biya Bartholomew Paul aged 82 and above with the ensemble of his gerontocratic government quit/relinquish power shamefully and or forcefully, when the Cameroonian demos will decide to seize their kratos.

The “polis” of Cameroon and its resources belongs to all Cameroonians and a group of unpatriotic ineligible and lazy ageing political hypocrites and plutocrats cannot hold it hostage permanently. Cameroonians are really suffering and I think and strongly believe that, they shall be very free and happy again only when they shall decide that, it’s over. It is not France, Britain, America, Japan or the UN that will decide the political fate of our Polis and its demos but only the Cameroonian demos themselves.

Such outdated hypocritically and politically shameful and criminalized statements from a pretentious traditional ruler and illegitimate government Minister is characterized by what I will qualify in Government and Politics as a “political slavery mentality”. Such a political slavery mentality is seriously and vehemently lambasted in a democratic society.

Democratic societies are celebrating and glorifying democracy, development and good governance , meanwhile a government minister and the cpdm political association are celebrating 32 years of severe dictatorship, a hybrid kleptocratic regime, acute gerontocracy, a zombified institutionalized corruption, abject poverty and unemployment, a visible underdevelopment, constant human rights abuses, celebrated electoral mafia and a sophisticated nepotism and discriminatory mechanisms.

I seriously took note of when this same Minister declared that, Paul BIYA was his creator and that of the ensemble of his government Ministers. Such undignified declarations fulfil the conditions that need to be qualified as a “jig boring” politician with a slavery mentality who is ready to surrender even his own life in order that, his creator the highlander dictator should not surrender the kratos of the Cameroonian people. Whatever be the case, a disoriented political creature must at all times glorify his creator even when his creator is politically and democratically insolvent.

It is evidently clear and established that, the 32 years of totalitarian power by Minister Fame NDONGO and his creator Paul Biya have inflicted enormous societal, human, economic, political sufferings, loses, abuses, violations, crimes, pain and humiliation to and on the Cameroonian demos in such a way that, if I happen to find myself one day as a judicial restorative official in Cameroon in the aftermath of the BIYA’s regime, and I am given the opportunity to try them in a court of Law, the least punishment that I will slam on most of them will be a minimum of 250 years imprisonment. And I am very sure that, my wish will come to completion one day.

How can such a group of unpatriotic and lazy incompetent kleptocrats hold their demos for so long in a politically and bastardized frozen and limbo state? We are no more in the days of the Roman Empire where, a single individual and his group wielded excessive and tyrannous power to the detriment of their demos. Thirty two years of power that have been characterized by permanent political intimidation, hyperactive political merchandising, polis terror and the full suppression of the Cameroonian demos’ civil and political rights.

This has been done through the creation of elecam, the BIR, the secret service, an oppressed cpdm political propaganda, a restricted media and as well, sewed by the banana attitude of constantly tempering with our fatherland’s fundamental principles, etc.

Minister Fame Ndongo is glorifying his creator’s 32 years in power for not organizing free and fair electoral competitions, the nonpayment of retired workers benefits like in the case of the former Tole-Tea workers actual situations.

Thirty two years of power does not corroborate with the pretentious rigor and moralization, democratization, grand ambitions and grand realizations agendas and slogans that are now heading towards an unrealizable and abracadabra 2035 emergence. We are no more in the “fascist and totalitario” Italian epoch of Benito Mussolini in the 1920’s. This Minister has seriously assaulted democracy and the Cameroonian people with such a dangerous political declaration as with regards to Biya’s 32 years in power, which has ruined the lives of 90% of Cameroonians futures.

No politically and democratically alienated person would permit such an opportunist harmful societal statements from such a fallacious politician. Fame Ndongo is just changing the dictatorial gears of what I will qualify to be a “failed State” run by sophisticatedly greedy and unpatriotic ineligible politicians, who believe that, democratic power is not relevant and useful in Cameroon other than their personal glorification.

Your Royal Highness, what do you think about the opposition parties in our fatherland as with regards to allowing Biya to stay in power for 32 years?

I do believe that, if the Cameroonian opposition movements and their leaders where real patriots and seriously engaged in democratically ousting/toppling the regime in place, by putting an end to the Biya’s reign, it would have been done many years ago and can still be actually done if they are politically and democratically serious and determined.

The senior opposition leaders and their parties seem to must have been politically weakened and humiliated through political corruption mechanisms. The dictator BIYA and his creators seem to must have politically mismanaged them through greedy and self aggrandizement strategies. This has resulted in them being democratically and politically disarmed to the detriment of un-empowered Cameroonians with no socio-economic and political resources at their disposals.

I will cite one of what I qualify as “political mismanagement” strategies exerted by Fame Ndongo, Biya his creator and other creatures of BIYA on the Cameroonian opposition movement as thus: They have eased up the creation and multiplication of political parties in the Cameroonian polis in such a way that, these political parties do not have any ideological core and coherent political convictions and tendencies to genuinely challenge the actual dictatorship in place.

How can a polis which is made up of a population of about 22 million citizens have more than 200 political parties? It is really politically leery. The opposition is only heard during the cpdm’s un-transparent electoral processes, whereby, money change hands and deals are being brokered. My question is thus: What is really the political and democratic agenda of the opposition movement/parties in Cameroon?

Do they really capture the meaning of an opposition party in a given polity? The opposition needs to be seriously checked and democratically revamped by ambitious and patriotic Cameroonians. They need to shun from political corruption and be really serious, if they want to help poor Cameroonians out from political limbolization.

I strongly respect and recognize the brave and patriotic democratic and political efforts and contributions that were conjured by Mr. NI John Fru NDI and some other key opposition leaders in the past, as with regards to the development of our democratization process.

But what has made me to feel very sorry for our fellow citizens is that, these senior opposition leaders later on changed their political tactics, strategies and democratic convictions, for reasons best known to them and their closest aides.

But, I do think that, only their socio political consciences would be questioning them, throughout their lives, if they did well or harm to Cameroonians in the quest of helping them out from the actual dictatorial political and autocratic situation.

Your Royal Highness are you a member of any opposition party in Cameroon?

I am not a member of any opposition party in Cameroon but due to my personal democratic and political convictions and rights, including the dictatorship that has been installed by Fame Ndongo and his creator and his creator’s creatures in my fatherland, and as a senior Cameroonian citizen, in my position as a second class Fon, I have the full civil and political right to express my views and political grievances on the democracy, politics and governance of my fatherland.

Reason why, I have always instructed my subjects to vote against the cpdm in my Fondom and in my Menchum-Division and Fungom Sub-Division. It is in my Menchum and Fungom sub divisions that, you find the best ineligible, lazy, corrupt, unpatriotic and sophisticatedly greedy and self aggrandized and glorified primitive political nomads, who call themselves politicians and administrators, and who are all very proud to be BIYA’s creatures.

There, you will find a single individual anchoring five distinct public office positions like Fame Ndongo and other creatures of Biya.

But I am very convinced that, Cameroon’s democracy will have other serious and genuine politicians in the opposition movement in the years to come, with steady and principled ideological convictions merged with popular ambitions.

If the opposition movements were really seriously determined in anchoring political power democratically in Cameroon they would have done that some years ago and can still do it now if they are politically and democratically determined and united through a serious coalition force.

If they intend and have to help poor Cameroonians, they must put aside their personal ambitions and greedy interests away and do the democratic job, such that, Mr. Fame NDONGO and his creator be put out of the political scene and for poor Cameroonians to put a genuine smile on their faces again as in the 1990s, when they had hope for a political change.

But I do strongly believe that, there will and must be a fall of the BIYA’s regime not far from now and I will see where Fame NDONGO and the other creatures of the Cameroonian dictator Biya will go and what they would have to say.

Minister Fame Ndongo who is a learned man must not refute the fact that, in political history, a demos can never be politically held captive permanently against their will and therefore, I qualify his political statement as stultifying but I whisper into his ears and those of his fellow creatures the following words “we shall see in the Polis’ political future”, Minister Fame Ndongo.

I assure Cameroonians that, I am lobbying by contributing tremendously at all national and international levels to see that, the Biya’s regime should collapse such that, the Cameroonian demos could choose through a coherent political alternative between modern democratic options and projects for and in the patriotic interest of our polis and demos.

For this reason, I am calling on all the Traditional Rulers of Cameroon either members of the Biya’s cpdm or opposition and the ensemble of the Cameroonian opposition movement, to pity our poor fellow citizens by politically and democratically thinking honestly and intelligently, on the destiny of the public affairs of our demos and fatherland.

I am seriously pleading that, you all should keep your personal hybrid greedy interests and ambitions aside and save our people out from this catastrophic 32 years old tyrannous regime.

Cameroon is a Republic and not a Monarchy where, a potentate rules for life. The only actual political alternative in Cameroon is the peaceful or coercive departure of President Paul Biya. If he and his creatures wish, they can mafiarize and or politicize my Fondom and subjects through their ENAM boys.

I am not afraid and will never succumb from the intimidating dictatorial stupidities exercised on me through my phones and postal mail box. But a natural Ruler will always remain one whatever be the artificial and disturbing societal political circumstances.
