On 2 August 2014, the National Coordination Committee of the Manidem made public a statement on the attacks of Boko Haram in the country. For these members, it is not fundamental "save Cameroon without saving the CPDM regime".

This can be justified by the simple fact that, these terrorist attacks in the North are likely the fact of an armed rebellion which is installed could thus be an attempt to destabilize the country that functionalize of foreign powers, such as France. It is thus that, the position of this political party of the opposition is widely shared by the public opinion Cameroonian, even if, it also seems to be strongly contested by different personalities, including that of civil society.

The majority of political formations of the nebula of the opposition has adopted positions mid-cheek, and, without really committing to whatever side.

The declaration of Issa Tchiroma Bakary, Minister of Communication portrays an evidence of the stupidity of our government. As he stated that, "Boko Haram is before any an external matter", in other words, the terrorist actions perpetrated in the North are before any an external matter.

It has as well past the time to wonder about this nebulous, providing no major clarification. This output of the minister of communication confirms, on the contrary, that the government does not want to tell the truth to the people of Cameroon, on the events that are unfolding in the North. Yet, information on the comprehensive record of the attacks, abductions and exactions in the North, the cost of this operation, in terms of Cameroonian soldiers engaged, of materials on the field of operations and of the loss of human lives and material damage are essential.

In the opinion of the members of the National Coordinating Committee of Manidem, there is nothing in the foregoing which can be equated to a military secret. This is the minimum that a government must give to its public opinion.

Further, the output of draw the attention of hon. members, from the top of the perch of the National Assembly, which has "set fire to the powder keg", so to speak, was a big folly, a serious misconduct. For Manidem, it is not a center of "Kongossa ".
