Paul Biya says time for indiscipline is over

The Chairman of the Cameroon’s People Democratic Movement (CPDM), Mr Paul Biya has, for the first time, signed a decision dismissing and sanctioning some militants of the party.

The decision was taken after an Ad Hoc Committee chaired by one of the Party’s scribes, Peter Mafany Musonge examined complaints from party militants before, during and after the twin parliamentary and council elections that took place on 30th September 2013 in Cameroon.

According to the decision;

• 8 dismissed

• 8 acquitted

• 12 received observation letters

• 38 warnings

• 35 blame

• Mr Singa Ndawienz 6-month temporal exclusion

• Nyamsi Martin 12 month- temporal exclusion

• 42 other members, 18 month- temporal exclusion

• 8 acquitted

• 19 charges not established

It is worth indicating here that, Amougou Manga Justin issued a letter of encouragement. These sanctions have been registered in Decision No 08/RDPC/PN/CP of September 2014.
