The emergence of terrorism threat in the Extreme North of the country is mobilizing a large part of the Cameroonian political class for several months.

But thanks to the boiling news on the attacks attributed to Boko Haram in the region of the Extreme, the former candidate of the Cameroon People's Party (CPP) seems to have found a new workhorse.

After her statement distributed to newspapers beginning August 2014 following the attack in Kolofata, Edith Kah Walla went for a tour in the northern regions. If we stick to the release she signed indicating that this working visit should run from 17 to August 24, ongoing. Four points were on the agenda for the "solidarity tour.

A demonstration of solidarity with the people of this area, inquire about the security and humanitarian situation, encourage the armed forces and discuss with the authorities of the regions of the far North.

Kah Walla wanted to find out the situation facing his countrymen of this part of the country. Before her, a good range of political parties and opinion leaders had already said that they intended to support the war effort of the Government and the president of the Republic.

If other political formations abstained to announce tours to comfort the stricken population by this asymmetric conflict, they have nevertheless indicated their views towards the Boko Haram organization before, during and after the murderous passage of hundreds of its members at the residence of the Deputy Prime Minister Amadou Ali on the eve of Ramadan 2014.

A party had made a monitoring of the attack, using his interpersonal skills to know what was happening in the Mayo Sava. Another was able to express its emotion and sometimes resentment towards the security policy of the Government deemed too lax and ambiguous. Rhetoric already proven by subsequent positions particularly taken into the ranks of the opposition political parties.

In this period of security crisis, it is good manners for political parties to express its support for the defence and security forces.
