The much anticipated meeting of the Social Democratic Front (SDF) that held over the week end in Bamenda virtually came out with nothing.
The SDF forum that some political observers revealed was to map a new way forward for the party ended up with a loud sounding nothing press release praising the people of Burkina Faso for ousting President Blaise Compaore.
The SDF communiqué which called for respect for the Burkinabe people blamed Cameroonians for letting President Biya change the constitution in 2008.
Cameroon Concord had gathered that the Bamenda meeting was to reactivate the party by announcing a new leader to face the challenges of the 21th century. Ni John Fru Ndi still holds the baton of command.
