In the backdrop of claims that the opposition SDF has failed in Boyo Division, the United Democratic party (UDP), campaign team is telling potential voters in the division about the goodness of El Hadj Bako's party and its agenda for development, if they are given the opportunity during the September 30th, 2013 twin elections.

The party is on the field in search of votes for two parliamentary seats and four councils in Boyo Division. In effect, UDP campaign team leader, EL Hadji Lawan Bako has been in his native Boyo constituency since campaigns were launched with clear messages. He has been telling the population that the UDP is the only political party headed by a son of Boyo division and that UDP won Councils shall be twinned with prominent councils and international NGOs abroad to ensure the development of Boyo Division.

The party also targets the renovation of traditional palaces, lift the image of Fons and ensure that parliamentary grants are handled by a commission led by the UDP party chairman, for projects in the interest of local communities. The party has been blaming the opposition, SDF Party for the under development of Boyo division with claims that the party tells lies, use tax payers money to enrich themselves and mismanages council funds in fruitless projects.

The UDP is criss-crossing the division with messages of hope and slogans about the UDP as the people's alternative political party in search of justice for all as the way forward.
