The UPC cannot actually afford the luxury of a dispersal of energy or vain quarrel. However Victor Onana called all the militants and sympathizers resolutely to work to ensure the implementation of re-foundation.

He also called those who still doubt or are opposed to engaging in dialogue in which they are inviting everyone to dispel what remains of bitterness or incomprehension in their spirit for the salvation of the party.

Since the last congress held in Yaounde, the new president of the UPC Onana Victor, an economist-statistician and financial analyst by profession was installed.

According to him, the last congress of the UPC was held in quite specific conditions because of the context in which it was taking place. But the Congress was sovereign and, taking into account the specific constraints which the militants were submitted, the congress has fixed democratically a mode of conduct.

The UPC has backed up its higher interests in the unity and reconciliation despite a few quirks of after election which it does not derogate from including the UPC.

It is up to us, to extend a hand to all the sceptics, without exception, to join the new site for the common house to know: the reorganization of the party and its adaptation to modernity.
