The epic battle between the CPDM MP and SDF Senator Abdou Koulagna and Haoua Madeleine started openly during the celebration of the International Day of Rural Women on October 12 at Mbé.
A breach of protocol and the order from the CPDM MP for North Vina Abdou Koulagna, requesting Haoua Madeleine, SDF Senator to put her hand behind her, didn't go down well as a result of the reaction of the latter before the participants of the forum the at fairground Mbe, a town a hundred miles from the town of Ngaoundere.
Arriving to take an effective part in this celebration chaired by Marie Thérèse Abena Minproff Ondoua, Haoua Madeleine naturally felt stunted by her colleague parliamentarian which provoked a harsh response.
Frustrated, the senator exclaimed, "This is what you wanted me to do yesterday when I was with Madam Minister".
Any open event that has the presence of the CPDM MP goes unnoticed. He turned a deaf ear to the complaints of the Senator.
The representative of the upper house in the town of Mbe said events like this are legendary since the time he took office. Moreover, many people had said that the members of the opposition parties in the area of Adamawa were frustrated even though they are the majority.
Some pride themselves on providing the maximum donation to the people while there is almost nothing from the senators of the ruling party. This was also the case of Senator Haoua Madeleine who came with grants totaling one million CFA francs, although it has been relegated to the background.
Contacted by telephone by our reporter, Abdou Koulagna said the incident was nothing. "I have no problem with the senator. Haoua Madeleine is my sister and I can not have a problem with her. The proof is that after today's ceremony (12 October 2014), I invited her and we had dinner together in my home."
For her part, the Senator said she does not understand why the situation occurred for her to face this humiliation before a huge crowd.
This forced her to find a safe place behind the lodge of her party's comrade, Senator Paul.
