  ENAM is no long of any value anywhere in the world, not even in uncle France where it started. In fact. ENAM is the root of all the problems in that country. It needs to be shut down if that country will survive. The best school to train thieves, oppressors, dictators and true traitors.
  
  It is sad that not even francophones believe anything that government says or does. They are the joke of the world.
