  The MRC is on the right path to sue the Sub PREFECT.The HQ of a political Party is not open to the public and therefore is private property and the MRC did not need an official declaration document for holding any meeting.The MRC can go ahead to sue and since the Gov't and the Judiciary in Cameroon are one and the same thing the results are already known. Cameroon can not be South AFRICA.
